Cheer Camp Information

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR CAMP?

  • 4 days of technical Stomp and Shake (SNS) Training.
  • Custom SNS Drills and Skills Course
  • SNS Training Course - "Shake Like Estrada"
  • Stunt Training and Choreography
  • Voice Projection and Control
  • Tumble Training and Skill Enhancement
  • Jump Skills and Drills
  • Mastering the Art of Mental Toughness
  • Agility Training
  • Team Bonding (for athletes on teams)
  • Speciality Training Courses

Daily packing list

Please plan for outdoor and indoor activities. Athletes are encouraged to bring and wear comfortable workout attire and shoes each day. Also include the following:

  • Lunch
  • Snacks
  • Water bottle
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug Spray
  • Medication
  • Cooling Towel

Camp Schedule

  • 7 am - 2 pm - Instruction Time (*Times may vary)
  • 11 am - 12 pm - Lunch Break (* food not provided by UFIT, times may vary)
  • Water breaks will be given throughout instruction periods


** This is not an overnight camp. Athletes are required to have their own lodging and transporation each day.
